  • I accept exchanges for rings, bracelets & necklaces size fix. Please contact me within 60 days after receiving the items. I only ask that you cover the shipping back to me and I will do the resize & ship it back to you at no extra cost. Please contact me if you would like to exchange. 

  • I also accept returns and 100% refund within 60 days.

Care Instructions

• After each wear, gently wipe with a soft cloth or a jewellery polishing cloth to promote shine. You can clean them in warm soapy water for a deep cleaning.

• Store in a safe, dry space. Do not store it in humid areas such as bathroom as the moisture can cause oxidation on the metal surface.

• Put the jewellery on after perfume or body lotion to avoid harsh chemicals on the gemstones and the metal surface.

• Avoid wearing them during the activities that may cause the jewellery to get caught and snap, such as working out, cleaning, or sleeping.

What if I order the wrong length or want to exchange?

No worries! You can return your piece for an exchange, just cover shipping back to us.

We’ll send the new one to you for free. Full returns for refund are also accepted if you're not fully in love.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each piece is made to order and ships from Thailand, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days to the U.S.

And 7–14 business days to the EU.
