  • We ship with An Post (Ireland's postal services). Kindly note that An Post's Standard Post does not come with a tracking number, so this option is only available for domestic & EU regions. We only provide Registered Post (with tracking) for the rest of the world. 
  • Kindly note that some delays may occur during the high traffic of holiday season.

Exchange, Return, & Cancellation Policy

  • I accept exchanges for rings, bracelets & necklaces size fix. Please contact me within 14 days after receiving the items. I only ask that you cover the shipping back to me and I will do the resize & ship it back to you at no extra cost. Please contact me if you would like to exchange. 
  • I do not accept returns due to hygienic reason. However, if there are any issues with your order please feel free to let me know.
  • Cancellations are accepted only when the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
